Overview

Azoe Advisory ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to handle your information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided via WhatsApp or the contact form)
  • Any additional information you choose to share about your business or enquiry

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers to profile visitors, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone browsing anonymously who has not contacted us directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you provide only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or message

  • Provide the services you have engaged us for, where a formal engagement exists

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law, or with your explicit consent (for example, if a signed engagement requires coordination with your accountant or another advisor at your request).

POPIA Compliance

As a South African business, we aim to process personal information in accordance with POPIA's conditions for lawful processing, including collecting only what is necessary, using it only for the purpose it was collected, and keeping it secure. If you have concerns about how your information is processed, you are welcome to raise them with us directly, or with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver an engaged service, or meet any legal or record-keeping obligation that applies to us. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or update it, and to request that we delete it, subject to any legal or contractual reasons we may need to retain it. To make a request, contact us at:
